Applicants must have:

Minimum experience of 8 years in their respective fields
Work independently from any office currently offering said services
Able to deliver detailed projects within tight deadlines as required
Travel may be needed as per project requirements

Forex Sales - Business Development Executives

Forex Sales – Business Development Executives

Italian, Japanese, Polish and Chinese speakers

Duties and responsibilities:

Develop new and existing client base in the form of new accounts, added deposits and increased trading activities.

Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors either through leads provided, social media or through individual research via the internet.

Promote the company’s financial products and services, suggest improvements and offers to enhance client experience with the company, provide support through phone, email and/or live chat.

Retain the client portfolio, maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and ensure highest level of service.

Create offline and online networks out of new and/or existing clients as well as continuously look for new potential collaborations between clients and the company.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and reporting to management.

Be a team player, well organized, efficient time manager and results oriented individual, be able to travel worldwide, attend seminars and Expo’s as a representative of the company.

The person we are looking for is:

Native speaker of either Italian, Japanese, Polish and Mandarin language.

Excellent communication skills, strong personality, top negotiation and people’s skills to win new customers.

Prior experience in the Financial services will be considered an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Full Time employment between 9am-6pm.

Executive Director - Forex

Executive Director – Forex

Company: CySEC Regulated Forex Company.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall operations of the company, including Sales/Business Development, Marketing and IT.

Ensure constant compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain adequate procedures that constantly develop and strengthen the company’s relationship with the authorities.

Plan and organize daily work schedule in order to support departments to develop new and existing client base in the form of new accounts, added deposits and increased trading activities.

Promote the company’s financial products and services, suggest improvements and offers to enhance client experience with the company and be the face of the company locally and internationally.

Create offline and online networks out of new and/or existing partnerships as well as continuously look for new potential collaborations that strengthen the operations of the company.

Be a team player, well organized, efficient time manager and results oriented individual, be able to travel worldwide, attend seminars and Expo’s as a representative of the company.

Preside over regular board meetings, approve reports and policies, fix deficiencies as described in annual Internal Audits.

Maintain a united front with the rest of the board of directors and the Compliance Officer, ensuring the utilization of everyone’s experience throughout the company’s oversight.

The person we are looking for is:

Cyprus resident, with excellent written/spoken of Greek and English languages.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or Economics

Excellent communication skills, strong personality, top negotiation and people’s skills.

Prior experience of 10+ years in the Financial Services (either within a CIF or in B2B consulting) is a must.

Holder of Advanced certificate will be considered an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Full Time employment between 9am-6pm.

Forex – Back Office Manager

Forex – Back Office Manager

Company: CySEC Regulated Forex Company.

Duties and responsibilities:

Follow KYC procedures as described in the company’s manual and support the Compliance function accordingly.

Open client accounts and record procedures as those will be described by the management and in line with the policies and procedures.

Be a team player, well organized, efficient time manager and results oriented individual, be able to travel worldwide, attend seminars and Expo’s if necessary as a representative of the company.

Provide customer support through phone, email or live chat and resolve client complaints by following the threat and coordinating relevant departments until their completion.

Record client information in the company’s systems and support the sales department by updating client files and information.

Coordinate certain functions as those will be described by the management.

 

The person we are looking for is:

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree.

Excellent verbal and written Greek/English languages

Excellent communication skills, strong personality, top negotiation and people’s skills.

Prior experience in the Financial services in the Back Office function is a must.

Full Time employment between 9am-6pm.
